We often develop an individual plan of care for residents that may have memory disorders such as Alzheimer’s, mobility assistance, incontinence, or other challenges. We also provide transportation to and from medical appointments, social programs, restaurants, and shopping. We offer a variety of services that include, but are not limited to: 3 meals, 2 snacks, medication management, housekeeping, assistance with daily living (ADLs), health and medical services, and 24/7 available staff. Before the move-in, our residents are assessed and placed on a tailored program based on the needs of the patient. Serenity Springs is a unique getaway from the everyday. Our sized home(s) gives us the flexibility to have a higher ratio of caregivers to residents to provide more individual attention and care. Serenity Springs cabins all have a small dining table, microwave, and mini fridge, plus dishes, plastic ware, napkins, coffee, juice, and soft drink of your choice. Our setting is ideal for patients who do not want to live in a large community, but still want to receive the level of assistance similarly offered by an assisted living or nursing home.
